Whether you want to be more effective in the workplace or just generally, these practices will help to focus, stabilise and relax your mind which in turn will improve the memory and your ability to keep your attention on what you are focused on.

Additionally you'll be learning a very powerful 'Brain Yoga' practice, which has never been offered before in the UK which will activate every part of the brain. This will improve the overall functioning of the brain as well as help you to become more alert.

Sadhguru (Founder of Isha Hatha Yoga) looks at the importance of paying attention, and how attention is the fundamental basis to ensure success in whatever we take up.

What is Involved?

You will learn a set of practices which include Upa Yoga, Yogasanas, Pranayam, Chanting and additionally Brain Yoga. This has not been offered before in the UK and you will learn the original version which is not widely known.

Who is it Suitable For?

This course is suitable for all levels as the practices are very simple to follow. If you are looking at a simple way to get started with yoga, this would be a good way to get started. This course is for those who are 16 years and over.

Especially who have a busy work schedule or those who have dissertations to finish or a similar academic situation.

Venue

We'll be at a new venue in Blackheath, just a 20 minute train ride from the city centre. Less than 5 minute walk from Westcombe Park rail station. You can also jump on the Jubilee Line to North Greenwich tube station and it is a very quick bus ride followed by a 3 minute walk from the bus stop.
