This session is a 2 hour 45 minute, focused session for those who have already learnt the practice Isha Yogasanas and are practicing regularly.
Once you have completed the Yogasanas course and are practicing regularly, it is always recommended to check your practice in order to take your practice further. Once you are comfortable with your regular practice, you will be in a position to start making the necessary adjustments to progress your practice. An IGIP (Intergrated Guidance for Individual Practice) session has been created for exactly that purpose. This session (also known as a correction session with the Isha Foundation) will give you a complete breakdown of your own personal practice and see how and where to make improvements to help you evolve and deepen your practice.
With Yogasanas, you are making an effort to align with the celestial geometry and the precision of the practice is a key part of really opening up these deeper a subtler aspects of the practice.
In this session you will have the opportunity to have your practice observed and at the end the session, your practice will be reviewed with personal corrections given. These carefully constructed sessions are limited to two people so you get focused attention and receive guidance on your own personal practice in a coherent and constructive way. These sessions are designed to support your awareness whilst practicing and help you get in touch with the subtler aspects to have a deeper experience with a chance to ask questions and discuss aspects of the practice in a more personalised setting.
Pre-requsite
This session is for those who are practicing regularly enough to remember the practice with very minimal guidance. If you have stopped your practice and wanting to get back your practice, get in touch and let me know as in such a case a 'Guided Class' session would be more suitable.
