After learning the practice, a guided session is an opportunity to go through the full sequence with the guidance of a teacher. As these are home practices, the idea is you carry on at home however, there are many unconscious habits we pick up when practicing it at home so it always good to make sure we eradicate them and refresh your practice.

It is a chance to be in that group energy and supported by a consecrated space, it is a great way to refresh your practice. You will have the opportunity to have your questions answered and there will also be an extra video that we didn’t get a chance to play in the class as well.

If you have been practicing and then stopped, then this is a chance to revisit and restart the practice.

Note: If you didn’t manage to practice and its been a long time since you learnt it, then this session may not be enough depending on how much you have forgotten. Please email and check with the teacher before booking if you are unsure.
