What is this Course?
If you have been practicing Angamardana regularly, you will know the power it already carries. This course takes that power further.
Angamardana Advanced introduces the next level of challenge to the practice. Certain processes are refined and elevated, requiring a little extra strength, agility and flexibility plus you will learn how to move into the advanced versions of these processes in a way that is safe and progressive.
You will also learn one additional process which builds on what you already know and adds further intensity to the overall practice.
This is not about learning something new from scratch. It is about deepening what you already have and giving your body the tools to go further.
As with all our programmes, the group is kept small so that you receive direct attention and feedback on your practice throughout the session.
Who is this course for?
This course is for those who are practicing Angamardana regularly and feel fully comfortable with the sequence as it stands.
If you find yourself wanting more — more challenge, more intensity, a deeper physical experience — then this is the natural next step.
This is not for those who have recently learned the practice or are still in the process of getting used to it. The foundation needs to be there. If it is, then this will take your practice and your body significantly further.
