Retreats

Retreats are a fantastic way to truly experience Isha Hatha Yoga. Back 2015 we offered the worlds first Isha Hatha Yoga Retreat. It was an audacious move to do it so early but what we saw take place for those who attended went beyond all expectations. Isha Hatha Yoga is an authentic offering of yoga so the subtle as pets make a huge impact. If your body and mind are in a certain way then your energies will also function more efficiently and hence, your experience of life will be much greater.
