Turning Surya Kriya into a Deeply Spiritual Process
Pre-Requisite: Surya Kriya
For those who have been practicing Surya Kriya regularly for a while and and are really comfortable with it then this would be the next step. At this point, Surya Kriya is still mainly a physical process though it would have deepened your experience spiritually. Sadhguru mentions you can do Surya Kriya in different levels of awareness and there is a way of making this into a more deeply spiritual process.
In this session, we will be looking at the subtle as aspect of yourself and how to use Surya Kriya as a process to get in touch with that aspect. It is a way of really taking your Surya Kriya and turning it into a much deeper spiritual tool.
This was something we used to teach in the Surya Kriya course itself. The problem was, many people found it very difficult to benefit from it. Therefore, to support people get deeper into this aspect, we have created a process to help those get in touch with this much more and be able to focus on it.
Who is this course for?
This is for those who have been practicing a while and are comfortable with the practice. One cycle of this practice should take a minimum of 15 minutes. If your practice, is less than this, then it is better you continue practicing on your own for sometime.
It is important to state, this is not a correction or review session. If you wish to attend a correction or review session, then please email us directly to arrange this. It is recommended you have gone through a correction session before attending this but not mandatory.
Preparation
As a part of this, there is also a preparation you will be required do to help you benefit from this sessions. With anything which is subtle, it takes much more awareness to realise or notice. Therefore to support you, we have created a preparation that you can do. We will close registration a 3 days early so that we know everyone has some time to prepare.
